Join us for quality gym time Wednesdays 1:30-4:30p. All kids (not just FCCPS) are welcome! Geared toward pre-K and elementary aged children who love to be active - no gymnastics experience required. Participants are grouped based on age and ability. The program includes gymnastics skill instruction, free play in the gym, coordinated gym games, and a cool-down time for snacks, crafts, and/or homework.
School age kids spend school closures at the gym getting some exercise, playing gym games, or relaxing with some arts and crafts. These semi-structured days are great to get the kids out of the house from 9a-3p.
Spend two hours at KiPS Family Gymnastics splitting your time between the gym and the party room! Food and drinks allowed, but not provided. Extra charge for over 16 participants. Reach out to staff@kipsfamily.com to register!
Join us for time to tumble, climb, jump and swing on the equipment at KiPS. Coaches supervise as participants work out and explore on their own! Parents monitor their children, and for the youngest children, we kindly ask that parents accompany their child in the gym.
1x/mo, for children Ages 4 and up - Open Gym, Coach-led Gym Games, Pizza Dinner, Seasonal Crafts and a cool-down short movie.
